The challenge in the petition is to the refusal of prayer for grant of approval.

In our view, the issue can be looked into by the Grievance Committee under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

As such, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn on instructions received from the petitioner by Mr. Ajinkya Udane, counsel appearing for the petitioner. BGP.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Grievance Committee.

We expect the Grievance Committee to decide the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously.
