The petitioner seeks direction for registration of FIR against a contractor. Further directions are sought to Police Commissioner to inquire into the conduct of the police officers, who failed to take cognizance of the complaint lodged by the petitioner. 2.

We have perused the record placed before us and heard the parties.

In the facts, we observe that the petitioner may resort to alternate remedy as prescribed under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. All issues on merits are kept open. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
