The Learned Counsel for the parties tender Minutes of the Order bearing today's date. The said Minutes of the Order have been signed by the Constituted Attorney of the Petitioner Mr. Sonawane and Mr. D. H. Aher, the Chief Executive Officer of the Respondent No.4 Bank. The Minutes of the Order have also been signed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Joshi and the Advocate on record for the Respondent No.4 Mr. S. S. Mohite. A Photocopy of the Power of Attorney executed by the Petitioner in favour of his Constituted Attorney Mr. M. B. Sonawane which is dated 14-6-2018 is tendered by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. It is in terms of clause 2(A) of the said Power of Attorney that the Constituted Attorney of the Petitioner has signed the Minutes of the Order. The photocopy of the Power of Attorney is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The mmj

wp-13088-18(902).doc Constituted Attorney of the Petitioner Mr. M. B. Sonawane is personally present in court. He is identified by the Learned Counsel Mr. Joshi. He is also identified by his Adhar Card bearing No.229313893753. When put in the box and queried he states that the signature on the Minutes of the Order is his and that he has signed the said Minutes of the Order of his own free will and volition.

In terms of clause (6) of the Minutes of the Order the Collector Nashik, on the payment of the premium has to reclassify the lands. The same would have to be done by him as mentioned in the said clause (6) within 12 weeks from such payment. The above Petition is disposed of in terms of the Minutes of the Order.

The said Minutes of the Order are taken on record and marked as "Y" for identification.
