Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondents. The Appeals preferred by the Petitioners in these two Petitions challenging the orders of disqualification are pending before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. Considering the serious consequences of the order of disqualification, the Appeals ought to have been decided expeditiously.

Considering the limited relief sought, we dispose of the Petitions by passing the following order:

ORDER :

(a) We direct the Petitioner in both the Petitions to remain present in the office of the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune on 7th August 2017 at 11.00 a.m.;

(b) The Petitioner in both the Petitions shall produce an authenticated copy of this order on that date;

(c) The Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune shall decide both the pending Appeals as expeditiously as possible and in any on or before 16th September 2017;

(d) All contentions on merits are kept open;

(e) Both the Petitions are disposed of on above terms.
