Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent No.1 - State.

The Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with FIR No.10 of 2016 registered with the Crime Branch, Indore (Madhya Pradesh) for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks transit bail to enable him to approach the appropriate Court, for seeking appropriate reliefs, in connection with the aforesaid FIR. 4.
Accordingly, the Applicant is granted transit bail for a period of four weeks to enable him to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs i.e. the Applicant shall not be arrested for a period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
