The applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No.19 of 2016 registered with D. B. Marg Police Station, Thane, for the offences punishable under Section 370(3), 372, 373, 376 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code r/w Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7(1)(B) of ITP Act, 1956 r/w Sections 4, 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Investigation of the matter is complete and the charge sheet is already filed. Perusal of the statement of the victim demonstrates that the applicant is the brothel owner and has forced the destitute girls in the profession of prostitution. The statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of one of the
