The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 29 May 2015 passed by the Mathadi Board in respect of allotment of Toli. In last nine years substantial factual changes must have been taken place. By order dated 28 November 2018, the Petitioner was directed to amend the Petitioner to add the State of Maharashtra as party respondent. Amendment is also not carried out. It appears that due to passage of time the Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the petition. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.

In case if the cause survives even as of today, it would be open to the Petitioner to institute substantive proceeding. (M.M. SATHAYE, J.) (NITIN JAMDAR, J.)
