Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and the learned APP for the Respondent No.1 - State.

The Applicants apprehend arrest in connection with FIR No.012 of 2016 registered with the Crime Branch, Indore (Madhya Pradesh) for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 465, 468 r/w.120B of the Indian Penal Code.

By this Application, the Applicants seek transit bail to enable them to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs in connection with the aforesaid FIR. 4.

Accordingly, the Applicants are granted transit bail for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs i.e. the Applicants shall not be arrested for a period of four weeks from today. 5.

It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
