The order under challenge is the order confirming the order of the Family Court for refusal to grant interim maintenance. The applicant / petitioner wife is seen to be having a bank account and fixed deposit and seen to be filing income tax returns. She is not entitled to interim maintenance. It is for her to proceed with the final trial of her petition so that she would be cross examined upon her case. Until then the order of the Family Court stands and the impugned order does not deserve to be reviewed. 2.

The Review Petition is misconceived and hence dismissed. ( ROSHAN DALVI, J. )
