The applicants were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 8th March, 2017 passed in Bail Application No.540 of 2016 and Bail Application No.1128 of 2016.

rpa 2/3 The applicants were enlarged on bail on each furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount. The applicants were, however, permitted to be enlarged on provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each for a period of four weeks within which they were directed to furnish the local solvent sureties. The present applications are preferred seeking extension of time to furnish the surety and continuation of provisional cash bail facility granted to them by the aforesaid order. Sufficient time was granted to the applicants to furnish the sureties. In the petition itself it is mentioned that the applicants are in a position to furnish the solvent sureties for which the time is extended. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 opposed the application on the ground that the order was passed on 8th March, 2017. It is submitted that in view of the aforesaid circumstances by way of last chance a week's time may be granted to the applicants to furnish sureties.

Taking into considerations the aforesaid circumstances, provisional cash bail facility granted to the

rpa 3/3 applicants vide order dated 8th March, 2017 is extended for a period of one week and the applicants are permitted to furnish local solvent sureties as directed in the said order within a period of one week from today.

Criminal applications stand disposed off.
