Copy of the consent terms handed in by the learned counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Farhan Kazi is taken on record.

2] In view of this, these petitions have rendered infructuous and are disposed of accordingly.

3] Rule in each of these petitions is discharged. There shall be no order as to costs.
