After the order of withdrawal of the writ petition dated 15.1.2010 was recalled by the order dated 21.12.2011, this Court again heard the matter on 24.1.2012 and dismissed the writ petition on the ground that no case was made out for indulgence.

In this background, on a perusal of the writ petition and the orders passed therein, the prayer made in the application cannot be granted. Civil application stands rejected.
