The petitioners have moved a praecipe praying for withdrawal of this petition, in view of an addendum in the consent terms of the agreement dated 1 March 2023, whereby the parties have agreed in clause 6 as under:

"On March 1, 2023, the parties finally entered into an addendum to the Consultancy Agreement. ("Addendum") In terms of the Addendum, both parties inter alia agreed that: "11. It is agreed by both signing parties that upon the execution of the Addendum, NMSCDCL will not act on the Show-Cause Notice dated July 19, 2021, and all other show-cause notice(s) issued so far".

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition.
