In this Civil Application the petitioner has alleged that on revision of pay scale as per government resolution dated 28th October, 2013 (Exhibit-C) though the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of the said GR, the petitioner has not been extended the benefits. According to the petitioner, similarly placed other employees who though have not been approached to the Court have been extended the benefit of the G.R. The petitioner has annexed Exhibit-E to substantiate her plea. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for grant of benefit of the said G.R.
rpa 2/2 caw-1816-14.doc dated 28th October, 2013, the petitioner has submitted two applications before respondent nos.2 and 5 which are marked "Exhibit-D", collectively but till date the said applications have not been considered and decided.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, we dispose of the civil application by directing respondent nos.2 and 5 to decide the said applications as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The decision, as may be taken by the respondent nos.2 and 5 shall be placed on record and will be subject to final outcome of the petition.
Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of. Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
