Considering the prayers made in the Petition and more particularly, prayer clause (c) that the Respondent/Contemnors have committed breach of the order dated 16/5/2016 passed by learned Judge of City Civil Court at Dindoshi, it is appropriate that the Petitioner approaches the Trial Court in necessary proceedings. The Contempt Petition therefore need not be kept pending in this Court. The absence of the petitioner also show that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue this Petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner as observed above.
