By an order dated 8th May, 2015, the applicant herein was directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. One Lakh with one or two local sureties in like amount. The applicant is seeking a direction that he shall be released on provisional cash bail for a period of 4 weeks, within which period he would furnish local sureties and do the needful. Talwalkar 1/2
