In view, thereof, stay is granted to the execution of the decree till decision of Appeal, subject to condition of the appellant depositing the entire decreetal amount, within four weeks .

3] In case of failure on the part of appellant to deposit the amount within stipulated period, this application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 4] Application is disposed off accordingly.
