FINAL ORDER:- On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with direction to adjudicating authorities to decide the application filed by the Petitioner under section 110(A) of the Customs Act dated 4th May, 2017 in accordance with law and as the same is pending since then. The Respondent Authority to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within four weeks.
