By this application the applicants seek condonation of 151 delay in filing the second appeal. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2-A to 2-C have no objection if this delay is condoned. The statement is accepted. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the civil application, the delay of 151 in filing the present second appeal is condoned. The applicants are directed to remove all the office objections, if any, within a period of two weeks from today. If all the office objections are removed within the aforesaid period, place the second appeal on board for admission on 1/2
