Heard respective counsel. It appears that the statement of one the committee members viz. Dr. Ravindran Karathadi also mentions use of forged papers.

Learned APP upon instructions from Investigating Officer states that inquiry has already been made and the petitioner has been advised to approach the Appellate Authority against the permission granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed the above forgery. 4.

Learned APP upon instructions stated that relevant original pages have been later on supplied by alleged accused persons and pages of other Institute which were inadvertently submitted to the university by them.

We find it difficult to accept this explanation. We after looking into the facts mentioned supra direct Respondent No.5 to look into the matter and to take suitable decision within 4 weeks. 6.
