On 26th August 2021, this Court had passed an order on the instructions of the learned counsel for the applicant that he has passed an order that the appeal be fixed for hearing as the Advocate desires to argue the appeal itself instead of arguing the application for suspension of substantive sentence.

In view of this, Interim Application No.1456 of 2020 stands disposed of. The matter be fixed for final hearing on 30th September 2021.
