Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation/modification of the condition of attendance imposed by this Court (CORAM : ABHAY M. THIPSAY, J.) vide order dated 31.01.2013, to the extent that it directs the applicant to attend the Rajura Police Station,
Chandrapur on every Sunday, till the disposal of the case against her.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been regularly attending the Rajura Police Station, Chandrapur pursuant to the directions of this Court and has also been attending the Special Court on every date of hearing. She submits that in the meantime, the applicant got married to co-accused Siddharth Bhagwan Bhosale on 30.04.2015 and since then she is residing in Pune. She submits that considering the fact, that after marriage, the applicant is residing in Pune, it is difficult for her to attend the Rajura Police Station, Chandrapur on every Sunday. She submits that the said condition of attendance to the police station, every week has been relaxed by this Court qua some of the accused and relies on the said orders.

The investigating officer for the Anti Terrorist Squad, who is present in Court has no objection, if the said condition is modified/relaxed and the applicant is directed to attend the Kondhwa Police Station, Pune, instead of the Rajura Police Station, Chandrapur.

For the reasons set out in the application, the Application is allowed. The applicant shall, now, attend the Kondhwa Police Station, Pune on the first Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon instead of attending the Rajura Police Station, Chandrapur, on every Sunday, till the conclusion of the trial.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
