This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the accompanying appeal. Apart from the reasons stated in the application seeking condonation of delay, it is evident from the chronology of events that the applicant / appellant is entitled to the benefit of orders passed from time to time by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Suo Moto Writ Petition No.3 of 2020, in the backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic.
