Learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company submits that the applicant is ready to deposit entire decretal amount within a period of three weeks. He requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Sangli in M.A.C.P. No. 117 of 2016. 2.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Sangli in M.A.C.P. No. 117 of 2016 subject to condition that applicantInsurance Company shall deposit the entire decretal amount with accrued interest thereon in this Court within a period of three weeks, failure to which the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the respondents-claimants are at liberty to execute the Award for recovery of compensation. 3.
