Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. We permit the applicant to amend this application. Considering the nature of the amendment sought, we deem it proper to permit the same.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Both the Amendments to the Civil Application and the Writ Petition to be carried out within a period of one week from the date on which this order is uploaded.

We grant liberty to the

caw1651 respondents to file supplementary affidavit dealing with amended portion within a period of two weeks.

Thereafter, the petitions shall be added to the appropriate weekly board.
