Mr.Chandan, the learned counsel for the appellant states that steps will be taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant within a period of four weeks from today.

Mr.Pranjape, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the cause of action in the main suit and consequently in this appeal does not survive. At this stage, it is not necessary to go into this issue.
