Hon'ble Anuja Pradbhudessai, J.) by order dated 25 February, 2019 permitted, the Applicants except Applicant No. 3 to withdraw the amount on the ground that Applicant No. 3 was minor. Now Applicant No. 3 has become major. Hence, permit the Applicants 1/2

Shantanu Dhudum 52-IA-10539-2022 .doc to withdraw 25% amount out of her 1/3 share, and requested to allow the Application.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel appropriate order be passed.

Application is allowed.

ii.

Applicant No. 3 is permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of her 1/3 share along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing undertaking.
