The above Civil Application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount of backwages deposited by the original Petitioner pursuant to the interim order dated 01/02/2012 passed in the companion Writ Petition No.5979 of 2011. In my view, it is not possible to accede to the request of the Applicant for being permitted to withdraw the said amount having regard to the challenge raised in the above Writ Petition. The said relief is accordingly rejected. However, in so far as 2nd relief of expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition is concerned, the same is granted. The hearing of the above Petition is expedited and is directed to be placed for final hearing in January 2017. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
