By this Civil Application, the applicant/.original claimant is seeking condonation of 106 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 27.10.2014 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in O.A.No.1032/2008 dismissing the applicant's claim.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, and averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this application. Hence:
