Grievance of prisoner is adverse police report is being looked into to deny the prisoner parole or furlough leave. 2.

Learned APP submits that letter to this court is sent on 9.6.2017 and subsequently orders on parole application have been passed by the competent authorities. Those orders have not been assailed. 3.

We find from the submission of the learned APP that his parole leave application was rejected on 31.7.2017 and appeal is also rejected on 21.8.2017. His second request of parole was rejected on 29.5.2018 and appeal against it was rejected on 13.8.2019. - Page-1/2

These orders are not made available for perusal of this court. These orders are subsequent to present grievance. Hence, with liberty to prisoner to challenge those orders if he is aggrieved thereby, we dispose of the present proceeding.
