As a consequence, even the abatement which has set in is hereby set aside and the Applicants are permitted to bring on record legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.4. 4.

The Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
