This civil application is taken out by the petitioner for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this court. When the

Dusane 2/2 caw1878.2016 petition was disposed off by the order dtd. 21st July, 2011, the directions as regards the amount of Rs.12,64,806/- deposited by the petitioner in this court had remained to be given. The parties have now filed consent terms in another writ petition being Writ Petition No.3631 of 2016 and have agreed that the petitioner shall withdraw that amount alongwith the interest accrued thereon. Copy of the consent terms are annexed to the civil application. Perused the application and the consent terms. Heard the parties. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (Smt.
