Petitioner attempts to point out violation of directions contained in order of this Court dated 15th July, 2016 in Criminal Writ Petition No.594 of 2013.

Learned APP has produced communication dated 5th February, 2019 sent to his office by office of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pune. That communication is accompanied by order of State Government dated 6th September, 2018. These documents are taken on record at Exh.A.

The report shows that after directions of this Court, the Commissioner again refused license to petitioner and that refusal was questioned by petitioner before the State Government. The State Minister has restored that license. Report also shows that the department has requested State Government to review this order of restoration.

In this situation, it is apparent that impugned order has been complied with. Though, there is some delay, we do not see the same deliberate. Therefore, keeping all rights and contentions for the petitioner open, we dispose of Contempt Petition. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
