Learned Advocate Ms. Sunita Warang appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in the meantime, Regular Civil Suit No.105 of 2013, from which the present Writ Petition arises, has been disposed of by a Consent Decree dated 18 th September 2020 (at Exhibit-48 on the trial court's record), in terms of which a decree was drawn up in the said Suit. The Consent Decree/Compromise Pursis (Exhibit-48), recording acceptance of the compromised terms and drawing up of decree in terms of the consent, is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
