Sr.No.913 WP 7818.16 (group) No.1(Minister of Revenue) to dispose of the revision, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit A" of the petitions as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matters and the Hon'ble Minister shall decide the said revision applications in accordance with law. All rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open.
