Perused the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Respondents whereby they opposed to condone the delay.

It is revealed that there is delay of 1 year and 292 days in preferring the Appeal at the hands of the Applicants-State. For the reasons stated in the Application for condonation of delay particularly paragraph nos.3 and 4, delay needs to be condoned in the interests of justice. Hence 1/2
