The applicant has prayed that his matter i.e., Sessions Case No.186 of 2014 be made time-bound as he is an under-trial prisoner since last 30 months. The case is pending since 2014 before the Sessions Court at Dindoshi, Mumbai.

The trial Court is aware of its Board and the status of other cases pending before it and therefore, this Court will not pass order making the trial time-bound. However, the learned trial Judge to consider the status of the case and expedite the matter as early as possible. 3.
