In view of urgency, taken on board. 2] Challenging the order dated 6th February 2017 passed by the Collector, Palghar (Exhibit-I), the petitioner has filed this petition. 3] After arguing some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of by directing the SDO to consider the petitioner's grievance that on earlier occasion the SDO has already passed a detailed order on 16th September 2015 observing that there is no substance in the application filed by respondent No.5. 2 520-wp-7698-17.sxw 4] Without commenting upon the merits of the contention, we dispose of this petition by directing the SDO to look into the petitioner's grievances that on the earlier occasion similar application filed by the private respondent was considered and rejected. It is also expected from the SDO that he shall take into consideration the rival contentions and by giving due opportunity of hearing to all concerned will pass speaking order.
