The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 17.06.2015 passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Pune Division, Pune, by which order the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner came to be dismissed and resultantly, the order dated 13.04.2015 passed by the District Supply Officer came to be confirmed albeit with the modification that the licence of the Petitioner was permanently cancelled. Against the said order dated 17.06.2015 the Petitioner has filed a Revision Application before the State Government as also an application for stay in the said Revision Application. However, the above Petition has been moved on the ground that the said application for BGP.

WP-6788-15.doc 21.07.2015 stay has not been considered by the State Government. The Learned AGP Shri. S. D. Rayrikar on instructions states that the said application for stay would be considered by the Respondent No.1 within the time that would be stipulated by this Court. In view of the said statement, the Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.1 to dispose of the application for stay filed in the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner within three weeks from date i.e. on or before 11.08.2015. The contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged before the State Government. The Petitioner to appear before the Hon'ble Minister for Food & Civil Supplies on 31.07.2015 at 3.00 p.m. and the stay application to be disposed of latest by 11.08.2015. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
