This petition is filed for quashing FIR No.6 of 2015 registered with the Vishrambag Police Station, Sangli. We have gone through the copy of the FIR, which is annexed at Exh.'A'. Perusal of the same reveals that there are allegations against the petitioner of assault and threats. The veracity of the allegations cannot be gone into at this stage. We are, therefore, not inclined to quash the subject FIR. Hence, we do not entertain this petition. The same is accordingly dismissed.
