Learned APP submitted that the charge-sheet is filed against the Applicant-accused. Copy of the report dated 01st July, 2023 is filed today. The same is taken on record and marked as Annexure "X". They were issued with notice under section 41(1)(a) of the Code. However they have not co-operated still the charge-sheet is filed. Apprehension of arrest no more survives. 2.

The offence is registered with Nallasopara police station, with sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

If the Applicant has not taken bail from the concerned Court, he may do so and Court may grant him bail of appropriate amount. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
