Learned Counsel for the Respondents on instructions states that the status-quo granted by this Court vide order dated 16th July, 2015, be continued till the Suit is finally disposed of, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either of the parties. 2.

Accordingly, without going into the merits, the order of statusquo granted by this Court vide order dated 16th July, 2015, is continued, till the Suit is finally disposed of.

The said order of status-quo is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either of the parties. All contentions of all the parties are kept open. The trial Court to decide the Suit, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.
