1] Heard learned counsel for the appellant and respondent. 2] Learned counsel for the respondent has filed on record the report received from the Designated Officer A.E. (B & F) Ward, (Designated Officer-I), dated 18.08.2018, stating that the suit structure is completely demolished on 18.08.2018. The photographs to that effect are also placed on record.

3] Learned counsel for respondent submits that as on today the structure is intact and only plastic parapet is demolished. 4] However, considering the photographs, there is no substance in the submission, hence the Appeal has become 1/2
