1] Learned counsel for the Applicant-Appellant submits that the entire decreetal amount will be deposited in the tribunal within eight weeks from today.

2] In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the award till decision of the appeal, subject to condition of the ApplicantAppellant's depositing the entire compensation amount within eight weeks from today.

3] In case of failure of the Applicant-Appellant to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay shall automatically stand vacated without further reference to this Court. 4] The Civil Application stands disposed off in above terms. 5] The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-, if already not transferred, be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.
