DATE: OCTOBER 01, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 03/2020 registered with N.M. Joshi Marg Police Station on 2/1/2020 for the offence punishable under sections 408, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant was arrested on 3/8/2021. 2] Prosecution case against the Applicant is, while working as an Accountant with co-accused, Damodar who has already expired on 19/8/2020, forged signature and has withdrawn amount from the 1/3

Account of the Flat Owners Association to the tune of Rs 10 lakhs. 3] The learned APP has opposed the prayer for grant of bail based on the evidence available on record.

4] Fact remains that opinion of an handwriting expert is still awaited. There are no criminal antecedents and investigation in the matter is already over.

5] In that view of the matter Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 03 registered with N.M. Joshi Marg Police Station for the offence punishable under sections 408, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing P.R. Bond in the Sum of Rs 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

6] By way of an indulgence, time of six weeks is granted to furnish surety with an understanding that no further extension for the same will 2/3

be granted.

7] In view of above, Applicant shall be till then be temporarily released on cash bail.
