As against the order impugned in this petition, the petitioners have remedied by way of instituting a revision petition. Therefore, there is no reason to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the alternate remedy will be availed within a period of 4 weeks from today. In case the revision petition is filed within the period of 4 weeks from today, the revisional authority to proceed on the basis the period spent by the petitioner in this Court was spent bonafide.
