The common consent terms in these two appeals are tendered by the learned counsel for the parties. The Constituted Attorney of the appellant and the respondent Nos.1 and 2 as well as their respective Advocates have signed the consent terms. The learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents state that the parties have accepted the correctness of the contents of the consent terms.
The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted.
Accordingly, we dispose of the appeals by
fa759-761 passing the following order:
(I) The consent terms are taken on record and marked `X-1' for identification;
(II) There shall be a decree in terms of the consent terms (marked `X-1'
for identification);
(III) The appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court fees, as per Rules;
(IV) Pending civil applications do not survive and the same are disposed of.
