By this writ petition, the petitioner, who is in Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur, prays for withdrawal of Writ Petition No.2206 of 2013. 2.

This Court (Coram: Mohit S. Shah, CJ and M. S. Sonak, J.) vide order dated 21.07.2014, granted leave to the advocate for the petitioner to withdraw Writ Petition No.2206 of 2013.

In view of the aforesaid order, purpose of filing of the present petition is served. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.
