It transpires during the course of hearing that the applicant is not an accused in Crime No.I-83/2020 of Police Station Azad Nagar, Malegaon, District Nashik under Section 354, 354(A) of IPC, in respect of which this Court had granted interim protection on 23/12/2020. In view of the specific statement made on behalf of the State that applicant is not an accused in C.R. No.I-83/2020, there is no apprehension of arrest in the said crime at this stage. With this, the application is disposed of.

Needless to mention that the Investigating Officer shall give 72 hours notice in the event, the arrest of the applicant in the said Crime No.I-83/2020 is found to be necessary. 4.

Mr. Bubna, the learned counsel for the applicant points out that subsequent to the filing of the present application, an offence at Crime No.I-111/2020 is registered against the applicant with Police Station Azad Nagar, Malegaon, District Nashik on 29/12/2020. 5.

The learned APP, on instructions, states that the Investigating Officer shall not take any coercive steps against the applicant in respect of C.R. No.I-111/2020 for a period of four days from today. The statement so made is accepted. Liberty is granted to the applicant to apply for anticipatory bail in Crime No.I-111/2020. C.V. BHADANG, J.
