Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Even otherwise, I am not inclined to allow the application as trial has commenced. 7 witnesses have been examined. The trial Court in its order dated 06/04/2023 has recorded that the applicant did not bother to show required diligence. It is further recorded that on one or other pretext, the matter is trying to be protracted by the side of the applicant. The applicant is expected to co-operate with the trial Court. 2.

The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn. Liberty to apply for bail after 6 months if the trial does not 1/2
